Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for making a purchase with www.sportinggifts.ie If your not happy with your purchase which is unlikely and you want to return an item(s)* we will refund your purchase in full. We wont be able to refund you the postage cost however.
If an order is missing print that was ordered, please return the item and we will print the missing print. We will refund you the cost of the return postage.
All items purchased must be returned to us within 21 days, the items must be in perfect condition with no marks and with the tags still on the items.

If you have paid by Debit Card or Credit card you will be refunded within 3-10 days from when we have received your items.
If you have paid by Paypal you will be refunded
If you have paid by Postal order you will be refunded 3-10 days from when we have received your items.
Unfortunately, customised and personalised items cannot be returned, unless garment is faulty or we have made a print error eg spelling mistake.
Therefore, please check personalised information is inputted correctly when you are ordering. Refunds cannot be made for personalised garments that do not fit as there is no resale value on a customised garment.
If and item is missing print that you have ordered we have two options.
You can Return the items to us and we will print the missing text onto the tops. We will refund you the cost of the postage. And we will then send you back the tops with all the complete print.
If you dont want the tops you can return them to us in the same condition they were sent to you and we can refund you the cost of your order + the extra cost of you having to post them back.
Any item* for exchange should be returned within 21 days, in perfect condition (unworn and unwashed) and with tags intact. We will dispatch a replacement item within 2 – 10 working days. All items for exchange are your responsibility until we receive them. Please note that we do not refund the cost of returning the item to us.
* Please Note: Unfortunately, customised and personalised items cannot be exchanged, unless faulty. Therefore, please check personalised information is inputted correctly and you have picked the correct size (see our size chart ) when you are ordering.
