Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item that is NOT a customised order this is no problem, there is a €5 charge for the sending out of the replacement items once we have received the exchanged item. A customised order would be an order where you choose a certain coloured item and print colour. All products are Bespoke made to order and with customised items we are unable to accept returns unless an order is missing print that was ordered or if the item is damaged. If this is the case please return the item and we will print the missing print or a new item. We will refund you the cost of the return postage.
All items purchased must be returned to us within 21 days, the items must be in perfect condition with no marks and with the tags still on the items.

If you have paid by Debit Card or Credit card you will be refunded within 3-10 days from when we have received your item(s).
If you have paid by Paypal you will be refunded 3-10 days from when we have received your item(s).
If you have paid by Postal order you will be refunded 3-10 days from when we have received your items.
Unfortunately, customised and personalised items cannot be returned, unless garment is faulty or we have made a print error eg spelling mistake or incorrect design.
Therefore, please check personalised information is inputted correctly when you are ordering. Refunds cannot be made for personalised garments that do not fit as there is no resale value on a customised garment. This also included choice of item colour and print colour.
Any item* for exchange should be returned within 21 days, in perfect condition (unworn and unwashed) and with tags intact. We will dispatch a replacement item within 2 – 10 working days. All items for exchange are your responsibility until we receive them. Please note that we do not refund the cost of returning the item to us.
* Please Note: Unfortunately, customised and personalised items cannot be exchanged, unless faulty or print error. Therefore, please check personalised information is inputted correctly and you have picked the correct size (see our size chart ) and garment colour and print colour when you are ordering.
